Tax Director

Kim Wright is the firm’s Tax Director, leading the tax department with over 10 years of experience across all areas of taxation. A Chartered Tax Adviser and member of the Association of Taxation Technicians, Kim provides expert advice on a wide range of commercial and personal tax matters.

She specialises in advising clients on corporate restructures, management buyouts, acquisitions and disposals, as well as tax dispute resolution. Kim also works closely with high-net-worth individuals, offering tailored guidance on personal tax planning and wealth structuring.

Her expertise spans corporate, individual, and employment taxes, including in-depth experience with employment tax matters such as share schemes and incentive planning.
